You can end your ROXMATCH Premium subscription here at any time — no login needed. Enter the email address of your ROXMATCH account and confirm. Your subscription will not renew and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Hier kannst du dein ROXMATCH-Premium-Abo jederzeit ohne Login kündigen. Gib die E-Mail-Adresse deines ROXMATCH-Kontos ein und bestätige. Das Abo verlängert sich dann nicht mehr; Premium bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.
After you confirm, we immediately email you a confirmation with the date and time we received your cancellation and the date your subscription ends. Save that email as your record. If anything goes wrong, you can always cancel by emailing legal@roxmatchapp.com or in the app via Profile → Manage subscription.
