You can end your ROXMATCH Premium subscription here at any time, no login needed. Enter the email address of your ROXMATCH account and confirm. Your subscription will not renew, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

This form is for subscriptions bought on our website. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Only you can end a subscription there, so this form is not able to do it for you.

After you confirm we email you straight away with the date and time we received your cancellation and the date your subscription ends. Keep that email as your record. If anything goes wrong you can always cancel by emailing legal@roxmatchapp.com, or in the app via Profile → Manage subscription.
