Coach listing terms.

What a listing is

A coach listing is a card in the ROXMATCH app and a page on roxmatchapp.com with the details you give us. It is a listing, not an endorsement. ROXMATCH does not verify qualifications and does not judge the quality of coaching. The disclaimer on every card says so.

Between you and the athlete

Sessions, prices, cancellations and payment are arranged directly between you and the athlete. ROXMATCH is not a party to that contract and takes no commission, now or later.

Accuracy and verification

Everything on your card must be true and yours: your photo, your words, your qualifications if you mention them. Before a card goes live we check identity and that you coach: a selfie and proof of coaching. We may ask again later.

The first 90 days and the membership

You enter a payment card when your listing is activated. The first 90 days are free; the first charge is on day 91 unless you cancel before then. The price is the one shown on the join page at the time you joined: CHF 10 per month or CHF 100 per year for coaches who join in 2026, kept as long as the subscription continues without interruption; CHF 15 per month or CHF 120 per year otherwise. Each athlete who joins ROXMATCH through your personal link and completes a profile earns one month of listing at no charge, at most twelve per calendar year; earned months are applied before any payment. Billing is monthly or yearly, in Swiss francs, through our payment provider. You can cancel any month; the listing stays until the end of the paid period and your card comes down after that. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and never apply to months already paid.

Founding status

Founding status goes to coaches who join in 2026. It is a price benefit and a badge. It gives no priority in how coaches are ordered. Any sponsored placement, if we ever offer one, will be separate and clearly labeled.

Removal

We may take a card down, with a note to you, if details turn out to be false, if athletes report misconduct, if the card is inactive for a long time, or if the listing harms athletes or ROXMATCH. You may take your card down at any time by writing to support@roxmatchapp.com.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photo and your words. You allow ROXMATCH to show them in the app, on roxmatchapp.com and in previews of those pages, for as long as your card is listed. When your card comes down, we stop showing them.

Your data

We use your contact details to run the listing and to reach you about it. The ROXMATCH privacy policy applies. Applications that are not approved are deleted within 90 days.

Liability

ROXMATCH provides the listing as it is. We are not responsible for coaching services, for inquiries you receive or do not receive, or for agreements between you and athletes. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; you will be told at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you may cancel before it does. Swiss law applies. ROXMATCH is operated by AZYRONIX GmbH, Wiesenstrasse 14a, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland.
