HYROX doubles weights: every station, every division, one table
Doubles uses the same loads as the matching singles division, shared between two people. Here is the table for the 2026/27 season, and then what the numbers leave out.
Weights by division, 2026/27
| Station | Doubles Women | Doubles Men | Doubles Mixed | Doubles Women Pro | Doubles Men Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sled push, 50 m | 102 kg | 152 kg | 152 kg | 152 kg | 202 kg |
| Sled pull, 50 m | 78 kg | 103 kg | 103 kg | 103 kg | 153 kg |
| Farmers carry, 200 m | 2 × 16 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 2 × 32 kg |
| Sandbag lunges, 100 m | 10 kg | 20 kg | 20 kg | 20 kg | 30 kg |
| Wall balls, 100 reps | 4 kg | 6 kg | 6 kg | 6 kg | 9 kg |
Sled weights include the sled. Wall-ball targets follow the athlete throwing: 2.70 m for women, 3.00 m for men. The stations without a load are the same in every division: 1,000 m SkiErg, 80 m burpee broad jumps, 1,000 m row, and the eight runs of 1 km.
Mixed is the one to look at twice: it has a single weight class for the pair, at the same loads as Doubles Men and Women Pro. Whoever is on the sled pushes 152 kg. That is why the station split matters more in Mixed than anywhere else.
Checked on 15 September 2026 against the published 2026/27 division tables. The official rulebook is the authority, and it changes every season, so confirm the week before you race.
What the table doesn't tell you
The number on paper never tells the full story, and the sled is the obvious example.
The sled is the obvious one, because the carpet, friction and how the sled actually moves can completely change how heavy it feels. Same thing with the sled pull: the rope and how well you manage it make a massive difference. Wall balls are less about the weight for me and more about rhythm, the target and not doing something stupid once you're already tired. Athens didn't feel dramatically weird equipment-wise, but every HYROX venue has tiny differences. Warsaw, Barcelona and Athens can technically have the same weights, but that doesn't mean the station feels exactly the same. The surface alone can change quite a lot.

How to use the table in doubles
Train at your division's load, not below it, and train the swap. The heavy stations are where a pair loses the most time, so decide who takes more of the sled and who owns the rhythm on the wall balls. Fewer swaps on the sleds, more rhythm on the balls.
Then find the person who wants the same race as you. ROXMATCH matches you by event, division and goal time.
Questions athletes ask
Are doubles weights lighter than singles?
No. Each doubles division uses the same loads as the matching singles division. The difference is that two people share the volume.
What weights does Mixed Doubles use?
One weight class for the pair, the same as Doubles Men: 152 kg sled push, 103 kg sled pull, 2 × 24 kg farmers carry, 20 kg sandbag, 6 kg wall ball.
Does the weight include the sled?
Yes. The sled push and sled pull numbers are the total, sled included.
